During Christmas, I stayed at a comfortable hostel in a convenient location. The owners were friendly and the facilities were clean. I particularly enjoyed the TV area with Netflix and the great water pressure in the showers. Another advantage was the nearby cafe that offered delicious breakfast at a reasonable price.
The distance to the downtown area was a bit far, taking about 15 minutes to walk. the noise from the street traffic was sometimes bothersome, so ear plugs may be helpful.

The hostel has an inviting common area with a TV and Netflix, plus a cafe that serves an incredibly delicious breakfast. the location is convenient and it's possible to walk to the historic center within minutes. the communal bathrooms are cleaned multiple times per day and there's a good kitchen available.
One downside is that the walls and windows are quite thin, so the noise level from common areas and nearby rooms can be bothersome.

The shared kitchen was well-equipped, and the communal bathrooms were cleaned multiple times a day. The hotel was conveniently located near many attractions, and the breakfast at the neighboring cafe was both delicious and affordable. this hotel had some of the best facilities and staff I've encountered on my travels.
